  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, customer parking is available in Penrose Wharf. For staff, there are multiple car parks located in the Alfred Street area offering long term parking discounts on a par or below city rates.

  • What are the opening hours?

    The car park is accessible from 7am to 12am Monday to Friday and 9am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday. Holiday times may differ.

    Tenants can access their premises 24hrs with dedicated access cards to the complex.

  • How many businesses are in Penrose Wharf?

    There are over 50 businesses who call Penrose Wharf home from Accountants to Zoning Consultants. In recent years, due to the high number of office workers in the area, there has been a shift towards more health focused services in our tenant mix. We are currently home to a Yoga School, Pilates Studio, Gym, Functional Physiotherapists, Floating Therapy Chambers and Sports Masseuses keeping everyone in top condition!

  • Why is the parking rate high?

    Due to the lack of short term parking, and the amount of businesses and services directly beside Penrose Wharf, we were finding the car park was full at various stages throughout the day - with non customers taking up a large portion of the spaces. We found that the only way to ensure our tenants customers could park here was to raise the price and hope that created some space for customers. Since introducing this last year we have found that there is now space for customers the majority of the time and the car park is rarely full.

  • How much are the service charges for the car park and common areas?

    There are no service charges for the common areas and all maintenance is undertaken by Penrose Wharf staff in the courtyard.

  • What are the terms of the car park?

    Vehicles are permitted in the car park at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.The management company Park Vine Ltd. or the proprietors do not accept liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents however caused.If you do not accept these parking conditions you may proceed to the exit immediately and leave the car park without charge.
